VIP Senior Business Travel Consultant

Full time role (37.5 hour) week - City of London based but with the potential for some homeworking after full on-boarding

We are currently looking for a VIP Senior Business Travel Consultant for a prestigious Financial Services client. As a VIP Agent you will confidently offer expert guidance and knowledge. You will want to eagerly assist our clients to perfect their travel plans. You will be calm and reassuring and no service will be too challenging. Your role would be to make experienced recommendations and suggestions for each and every request. Such as, this hotel could be for a great place to stay, the best seat on-board, the latest special offer, or just ways to make their journey run more smoothly. And of course, you'll help our clients travel within their company policy wherever possible.

Your focus will be:

  • Booking all travel requirements for a wide variety of business travellers including VIP Travellers
  • Being aware of their travel budgets and offering the best deals and routing possible
  • Handling amendments, cancellations and schedule changes
  • Delivering exceptional customer service each and every time
  • Servicing VIP clients

Your profile:

  • Previous extensive business travel experience is essential
  • A good working knowledge of Sabre GDS to include ticketing
  • Faring and Ticketing experience and certifications
  • A welcoming and professional telephone manner is essential
  • Good worldwide geography and keen attention to detail is essential
  • VIP Service
