BCD Travel Operations Implementations Support Specialist in Costa Rica
Responsible of reviewing requests for operational issues escalated by regional MSC customers. Also represents operations on small to medium scope projects which may be local or regional with various complexities, ensuring the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished.
Areas include Operations, Customer Service, Account Management.
Provides objective expertise in the assessment of situations escalated providing important facts for decision making and cases resolution.
Provides subject matter expertise and consultation services to our account managers.
Works as an on-going resource throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that project deliverables are met and consistent with the project scope.
Review and resolve discrepancies, i.e. travel reservation issues
Research and gather data/information
Assist operations and account management team with various types of projects, i.e. implementations, RFP
Input data / information
Monitor tool for compliance
Facilitate effective communication with all levels of account management team, operations and other areas involved in the booking and implementation process
Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested
5 years' experience in the corporate travel, should include MidOffice Applications, Advance Sabre.
Bilingual English/Spanish (Fluent)
Travel agent or operations experience.
Expert hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the travel reservation process.
Understanding of BCD Travel front-mid-and back-office processes.
