Project Manager and Analyst - Corporate Travel Support

The Project Manager & Analyst will support key initiatives aimed at driving greater efficiency, productivity, revenue opportunities. This role will support the Corporate Travel Account Management and Corporate Travel Operations leaders while reporting directly to the regional Senior Vice President. The role will have core deliverables and project based work requiring analytical & project management acumen. Diversity in projects will require the successful candidate to have the ability to work independently to achieve set objective/deliverable as well as the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. Scope and objectives will vary, requiring the candidate to be versatile and a self-starter, requiring a high degree of creativity, problem-solving, quick-learning aptitudes. A depth of knowledge working with data and presentations is essential (XLS pivot tables, charts/graphs, BCD analytics tools, PowerPoint; Tableau experience a plus).

In addition to project based work, the Project Manager & Analyst will design, create and maintain KPI measurement, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking and trending data from client and internal perspective, ad hoc reporting and analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business & ROI Modeling *Drives continuous improvement through business process reengineering *Responsible for working with other teams within the company to improve efficiencies and introduce improvements *Advising senior management. *Define and implement best practices across the region as related to specific projects

Routine / ad hoc reporting & analysis *Monitor and track the status of each initiative, engage appropriate local resources, and escalate as needed to ensure initiative success *Data analysis; gathering data from different sources, building of reports/summaries to enable specific analysis & research esp. with the focus on re-work reduction *Manage client recovery efforts by understanding the requirements, gaps, and pulling in the necessary people to resolve the issues quickly and to the customers' expectations

Project Management *Leads communication plans to align organizations across the business through change management, adoption, and effective communications *Lead or support various process improvement initiatives and other special projects designed to improve business effectiveness *Schedule and/or participate in all meetings and conference calls related to each project *Construct data analysis to support decision making and recommendations *Create project work plans and result action plans. Ensure progress is made in line with project times lines *Deliver successful project outcomes and yield results established in project objectives *Review business initiatives from an unbiased position oServe as a process and/or product subject matter expert as necessary *Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues.

Qualifications Essential:

*Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau *Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team *Systematic, disciplined and analytic approach to problem solving and detail oriented. *Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision *Excellent organization skills with demonstrated follow-through on goals, plans and projects *Ability to think both tactically and strategically *Capable of identifying customer needs -- listening to information, asking probing questions, applying knowledge, crafting solutions *Capable of problem solving - anticipating, analyzing, and resolving issues at both a strategic and functional level

Preferred: *Project management and/or project/process implementation experience is a plus *Travel industry experiences is highly desired
