The Senior Business Development Manager for SolutionSource will be responsible for identifying new third party technology partners, growing current partner relationships and driving overall growth for the SolutionSource marketplace. The ideal candidate will be strategic, highly motivated and a self-starter.

BCD Travel is changing the landscape of corporate travel with innovative products and services that support engaged travelers and intelligent programs. Recently launched, SolutionSource is a marketplace of authorized partner solutions BCD clients can leverage to extend their corporate travel program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Build and manage a pipeline of potential third party technology solutions *Grow current SolutionSource partner relationships *Lead commercial negotiations and renewals for new and current partners *Work with the marketing team to develop materials and align strategic marketing plans *Develop and present strategic sales plans *Work with the product organization on integration and service models *Participate in events including industry conferences, tech events and client meetings

Qualifications *BS/BA degree *5+ years sales support or business development experience *Background in hospitality or travel industry *Excellent organizational and communication skills *Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships and interact effectively with key stakeholders and people at all levels of organization *Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness *Ability to work independently and efficiently as well as in and amongst teams *Experience with sales and/or marketing *Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM (preferred)
